Today all the employees and students of PFUR enjoy the catering service of our Food production facility, which includes: canteen ¹34 (3 Ordzonikidze St.); its subsidiary ¹ 10 (21 Mikluho-Maklaja St.); main dining hall ¹16 in the Building of the Humanities (3d floor)/
Our main dining hall is divided into two zones – for students and for professors. There is also a coffee shop for those who like to spoil themselves with a cup of strong hot coffee and a delicious cake.
Our chefs don’t use any artificial preservatives, that’s why the taste of the food is always so natural and rich. We know that the secret of gastronomic success is an attentive and precise selection of fresh, high-quality and reasonably priced food ingredients. Our cooks invent new recipes and use the Russian and international gastronomic database.
Our canteens offer customers a diversified menu of appetizers, main courses and beverages. One of the most popular courses is the wonderful “Fish a la France”. Our University chefs are real artists. Some of them specialise in soups, some of them are skillful specialists in vegetarian cuisine, some are experts in desserts and pastry.
